1.Journal Introduction

The Journal of Optoelectronic and Biomedical Materials is an important English academic journal in the field of materials science and cutting-edge interdisciplinary fields under VIRTUAL CO HYSICS SRL (Romanian Virtual Physics Publishing Company). This magazine was founded in 2009 and has long been dedicated to reporting cutting-edge research results in optoelectronic materials, biomedical materials, and their interdisciplinary fields, providing a high-quality academic exchange platform for researchers worldwide.
This publication has established a solid international academic status and has great potential for development:
·Database inclusion:
Since 2020, it has been included in the core of Clarivate's Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) and has also been selected for authoritative databases such as Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Web of Science Core Collection, and Google Scholar. It has high international visibility and is currently in a critical development period towards higher impact databases.
·Academic indicators:
The latest impact factor is 1.1, demonstrating stable academic influence in the interdisciplinary field of materials science.
·Publication and positioning:
Published four times a year, focusing on the interdisciplinary field of optoelectronics and biomedical materials, with cutting-edge research directions and precise market positioning, it has the potential to become a flagship journal in a segmented field.

2.Vision for Cooperation

In order to accelerate the development process of the journal, deepen strategic cooperation with top research institutions in China, jointly create an international authoritative academic platform in the intersection of optoelectronics and biomedical materials, and promote China's original achievements in this cutting-edge field to the world, we sincerely solicit co organizers from domestic universities, national research institutes, and key laboratories.

3.Cooperation content

·Co hosting rights:
The hosting unit will obtain the qualification of co hosting the journal, jointly participate in the long-term development strategy planning, academic direction formulation, thematic planning, and the establishment and optimization of the editorial committee, and jointly seize the golden opportunity for the journal to leap from ESCI to a higher impact database.
·Core positions and authorship rights:
The organizer may recommend a top Chinese scientist with international influence to serve as the Co Editor in Chief or Associate Editor of the journal. Their authorship rights will be officially reflected on the journal cover, official website, and all publishing systems, significantly enhancing the organizer's international academic leadership in the field.
·Academic leadership and resource integration:
The organizing unit may prioritize planning and organizing the publication of special issues on cutting-edge directions such as "New Optoelectronic Biosensing Materials," "Implantable/Degradable Biomedical Optoelectronic Materials," and "Applications of Nanomaterials in Photodynamic Therapy," and recommend excellent articles. Both parties can jointly organize international academic conferences or seminars to quickly gather the world's top intellectual resources in this field.
·Funding and strategic support:
The organizer needs to provide corresponding annual operating funding support to ensure and enhance the high-quality peer review process of the journal, accelerate editing and publishing, strengthen international publicity and promotion, and support the impact on higher impact databases and other core strategic work. Specific support plans can be discussed separately based on the depth of cooperation.
